Please provide the following data with the request: - name and email adres of the requestor
- kind of activity
- purpose of the activity
- date and time of the activity
- in case of radio transmissions: frequency/wavelength and power
- extra's: internet, telescope operator
- costs, if any
- motivation: if more than one request for the same time-slot is made, the motivation will be used to set the priority.
